PRP Breast Lift vs. Breast Augmentation with Implants
Traditional breast augmentation involves the use of saline or silicone implants which are surgically implanted into the breast to give it a rounder, fuller shape. Silicone implants tend to feel softer and more natural, while saline implants pose less of a risk if they leak, since the saline is absorbed safely into the body.
By contrast, the Vampire Breast Lift using PRP does not involve any form of surgery or its consequent downtime. During your visit to the doctor, your blood is drawn and separated into its component parts in a centrifuge, a process that takes less than ten minutes. Out of this mixture, the doctor extracts plasma, the liquid base of your blood, and platelets, the cells that cause blood clotting. Together, this constitutes platelet rich plasma.
This mixture is then injected into the breasts using dozens of micro-punctures spaced all over their surface. The platelet rich plasma stimulates your skin to produce new collagen and regrow as if it’s healing from a wound, restoring tightness, roundness, and a youthful glow.
